Jackie Lewis
Attorney

Jackie’s passion for animals, the environment and contributing to a sustainable world guided her to join Clean Energy Counsel.

Jackie has represented companies and private equity funds in complex business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, distressed merger and acquisition transactions, reorganizations, debt and equity financings, joint ventures, private equity investments and other strategic transactions.  Jackie has also assisted clients with a variety of corporate governance matters.  Prior to joining Clean Energy Counsel, Jackie was Counsel in the Special Situations group in the Washington, D.C. office of Akin Gump Strauss Hauer and Feld LLP.

Jackie brings a breadth of experience working with investors and companies in various industries and stages of the business lifecycle, which has enabled her to become a problem solver who thinks outside the box and adjusts to meet clients’ needs and respond to industry trends. 

In her free time Jackie enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, snowboarding, fostering dogs and enjoying the vegetarian food scene in Washington, D.C.
