Senior Corporate Paralegal & Billing Coordinator
A senior corporate paralegal for over 20 years, Cynthia brings experience working in-house and for large law firms to Clean Energy Counsel. She has assisted clients and attorneys with all aspects of transactional law, worked on large scale closings, and handled all aspects of entity maintenance and formation and UCC filings.
In addition to her paralegal work, Cynthia serves as billing coordinator for Clean Energy Counsel. As such, she handles all aspects of the firm’s billing. Cynthia joined Clean Energy Counsel at the time of its founding and continues to play a significant role in the firm’s successful growth.
Cynthia has served on several education-related boards. When not working, she enjoys being outdoors, gardening, photography, and her cats.
