Ann McAdam
Attorney
Ann’s deep appreciation for nature and her desire to make a positive impact motivated her to pursue a career in renewable energy.
As a real estate specialist, Ann is capable of providing broad support for various types of deals, drawing on her extensive experience with title, survey, zoning matters, leasing, financing, acquisitions and dispositions. Ann has represented lenders, tax equity investors and developers in a variety of transactions across the United States. Her experience includes financing of large-scale solar and wind projects, such as a 140-megawatt solar farm and a 40,000-acre wind farm.
Prior to joining Clean Energy Counsel, Ann was an associate at two international law firms, specializing in commercial real estate transactions and financing. While in law school, she served as the Director of Outreach for the Environmental and Energy Law Society and Editor-in-Chief of the Southern California Interdisciplinary Law Journal.
Ann likes to spend her free time outside riding horses and hiking, but if she's inside, she can be found watching art films in revival theaters.
